(TDK Technologies, 2017). Leader roles There are two key roles for leaders to pay attentionto: First: Completing the taskSecond: Achieving communication with his assistants.

 Leadership There are many leaders in life and there is no singleleadership. Leadership is distributed among individuals and is not confined tothe individual who sits at the top of the organization or company, but it islatent in any individual and at any level. That the primary task of leaders is to send goodfeelings into the hearts of those who lead them, when the leader creates a formof resonance – which is derived from a reservoir of positive that leads to theliberation of all that is happening in people. So, the roots of leadership function are essentially emotional. (ManagementStudy Guide Content Team, 2017). The qualities of the leader 1) Be seasoned and expert. 2) Identify weaknesses and work to eliminate them.

 3) Discover strengths and work on their development. 4) To have humanity and good morals. 5) Does not distinguish between the members of histeam or the community he leads. 6) To be an example.

 7) Be a good listener. 8) Improve the selection of his assistants who workfor the benefit of their community only. Poor leadership There are some things that should be available in thecompany manager to lead to success, which includes experience and understandingof business, and the ability to think under pressure, and the ability toprioritize, and make difficult decisions, the ability to deal effectively withthe presence of cash, in addition to the ability to inspire and motivate, thecompany may be exposed to problems due to lack of these things in the basics ofleadership.    Diagnosis (Problem Analysis) It is known that the companies are based on severalcolumns, what are the pillars on which Egypro Ghana is based and what is thesolution to the problems facing the company. In this clause, we are going to analyses the organizationalleadership problems that is exist in Egypro Ghana. We have 5 major points came out because of the lack oforganizational leadership: 1-     Mutualmistrust between the employee and the company.

 2-     Notfinding the right person for the right place. 3-     Exploitationof the employee due to economic or political conditions. 4-     Sales teammembers are trying to get each other clients to achieve the target.  5-     Exploitationof some staff members. Action Plan and Solutions  SN Problem Action Step Responsible Person Time Frame 1 Mutual mistrust between the employee and the company Solved by raising morale and proving good faith from the company first because it is the largest and then the employee CEO This will take between 6 months to one year to gain employees trust 2 Not finding the right person for the right place More effort needed during the Hiring process HR Department Immediately 3 Exploitation of the employee due to economic or political conditions Personal morals should be examined during hiring and ethical courses should be given to the current employees HR Department Immediately 4 Sales team members are trying to get each other clients to achieve the target Client list should be dedicated for each team member Head of Sales Department Immediately 5 Exploitation of some staff members Should be warned and if this incident repeated, the Management should fire them Head of HR Immediately  Implementation Means of implementing the plan on the groundAfter the development of the strategy, we can only startimplementing it on the ground, and implement any plan through one of these twomeans: 1-      The usual functional divisions of activities: The distribution ofroles and the assignment of people to their functions clearly and explicitly sothat we have nothing but waiting for the result.2-      Transforming the plan into operational projects: We try as much aspossible to transfer everything from the plan to the ground.But we must know that these two means depend on the availabilityof some elements related to the plan from near or far, and those elements are: The presence of a good team polite and sophisticated, and has theenthusiasm, experience and efficiency that qualify him to implement that plan. Start the allocation of specialized centres and units to implementeach part of the plan separately.

 Ensuring that there are means of communication between allparticipants in the plan, in order to achieve interaction, coordination andintegration. The last element that contributes to facilitating the means ofachieving the plan, Is the existence of special mechanisms containing thepreservation of information, data, plans and administrative decisions. (EricaOlsen, 2017).
