Also in the zone of transition there is less competition for the land unlike the CBD and so the convenience shops can get the land.
Small hotelsIn the zone of transition there are small hotels because they don’t have enough money to get into the CBD because they are small businesses. Additionally in the zone of transition there is little contest for the space.
