In this era ofmillennial workforce who are constantly on social media platforms and have thelatest technological gadgets at their disposal this shift towards agamification of management processes helps to ensure new and innovative practises to engageemployees in their work. “Gamification” is an informal umbrella term for theuse of game elements in non-gaming systems to improve user experience and userengagement (Deterding, 2011).
